Prior to joining the firm in 2015, Mr. Harding spent seven years in investment banking in the Financial Institutions Group of Bank of America Merrill Lynch, primarily in New York with one year in London, where he covered a diverse range of bank, insurance and specialty finance companies and most recently had responsibility for covering transportation leasing companies. Mr. Harding began his career at Cravath Swain and Moore.

Education:
He received a B.A. with Highest Honors from Swarthmore College, a Juris Doctor degree as a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar from Columbia Law School and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School. CFA charterholder.
