Prior to joining the firm Ms. Shatzkes was the Chief Compliance Officer of TZP Group, LLC, a Registered Investment Adviser to private equity funds, where she worked to ensure firm-wide adherence to the Compliance Program, Code of Ethics, and applicable regulations. Prior to that, from 2014 to 2016, she was an Associate at Fore Research & Management, LLC, a Registered Investment Adviser to hedge funds, where she focused on compliance and investor relations. Ms. Shatzkes began her career in 2012 as a Legal Consultant in the legal departments of BNP Paribas and Societe Generale where she developed and implemented plans to comply with the Dodd–Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act.

B.A. in Economics from Binghamton University and a J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law.
