Prior to becoming an Operating Partner, Dr. Rosetti served as CEO of Mirabank, where she set up the business as a green field project. Previously, she also served as CEO for various banks within the ProCredit group in Europe, leading them through critical turnarounds, mergers and operational changes. She has extensive executive management expertise in banking in Central and Eastern Europe, with a specific focus on improving, building, and revamping institutions to deliver results, often by designing solutions that include organization and business model transformation.

As an Operating Partner, Dr. Rosetti receives compensation from certain JCF funds and portfolio companies.

B.A. degree in Mathematics and a M.A. degree in Economics from the University J.W. Goethe in Frankfurt am Main, and a PhD from the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest.

Mr. Carrión has also been a member of the International Olympic Committee (IOC) since 1990 and served on its Executive Board from 2004 to 2012. In 2010, he was elected to the Central Board of the International Basketball Federation (FIBA). He is also the founder and trustee of Fundación Banco Popular and Banco Popular Foundation.
