Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Wynn was an investment banker at Fenchurch Advisory Partners in London where he focused on mergers and acquisitions and capital raising transactions for financial institutions, with an emphasis on the insurance sector. Prior to joining Fenchurch, he worked in the Financial Institutions Group at RBC Capital Markets.

Flowers & Co. as Co-Head of FPK Capital and, prior to that, as Head of Private Equity at Dresdner Bank and a member of the Institutional Restructuring Unit’s Executive Committee. Mr. Hanford’s other experience includes serving as a Board Director of Schroders, based in Hong Kong and Tokyo, where he was Head of Structured Finance.
