Prior to joining the firm Mr. Schrum was an investment banker at FT Partners for two years in New York where he focused on mergers and acquisitions and capital raising transactions for financial technology companies in the insurance and payments sectors.

Graduated with distinction from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a B.S. in Business Administration and a B.A. in Economics.
