Mr. Groth began his career at Ernst & Young LLP, where he was a Senior Associate in the Financial Services Assurance practice. Mr. Groth is a New York State Certified Public Accountant.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Aghanori was a Senior Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP where he specialized in assurance services to clients in the asset and wealth management sector. Mr. Aghanori also spent a portion of his career as a manager at SS&C Technologies, Inc. where he served private equity clients.

Education:
New York State Certified Public Accountant and received a Master’s degree in Accounting from Queens College, City University of New York.
