Prior to joining the firm in 2025, Mr. Peyser was an investment banker at Piper Sandler for four years in New York where he focused on mergers and acquisitions and capital raising transactions for companies in the wealth and asset management sectors. Prior to joining Piper Sandler, he worked on the Private Equity Consulting & Research team at RSM.
